In a forth annual gathering of World War II-era aircraft the CAF and EAA are joining forces for a “Heavy Bombers Weekend” in Janesville, Wisconsin the weekend before EAA AirVenture 2016. The 3-day event starts Friday, July 22, 2016 and will feature many historic aircraft from the CAF and EAA including B-29 FIFI, B-17 Aluminum Overcast, B-25 Yellow Rose, P-51 Mustang, C-45 Expeditor, T-6 Texans, and many more! Air-rides and ground tours are offered, food vendors, merchandise vendors, WWII reenactors, a 1940′s era music, and much more for the whole family to enjoy. Come join the fun and see these historic aircraft gathered in one location. Touch, hear, fly, smell, and experience the era of our greatest generation! Tickets are $15 for a 3-day Individual pass, or $25 for a 3-day Family pass (parents and children only please). Air-rides are extra and can be pre-booked through the website or purchased at the event.
