The astronaut, explorer, physician, inventor and now author, will talk about his new memoir, The Sky Below. The 2 p.m. program is free with Museum admission.
The Sky Below is an intimate, propulsive memoir that offers a rare portrait of NASA from the inside. It gives readers and an unparalleled opportunity to viscerally feel what its like to train for-and deploy to-a home in zero gravity, while also portraying a passionate astronauts engagement with challenges on Earth.
