Registration opens on March 1 for the Museum’s extremely popular summer camp—Aerospace Camp Experience (ACE). ACE is offered for children in grades K through 9, and financial assistance is available to families in need. All camps are for one week and will be from June 23 through Aug. 29. Registration opens on Feb. 28 for Museum Members and on March 1 for the general public. ACE campers spend each day in a safe, fun, and engaging environment. Campers will dive into aviation, aerospace, and all things science. They will experiment, complete hands-on activities, hear from guests like pilots and astronauts, and explore all that The Museum of Flight has to offer. ACE aims to be an inclusive environment for all campers. The Museum is actively committed to reducing the barriers to access to aerospace and ACE. Full Campership – No Cost

The Museum covers one week of Camp, plus Before and After Care at no cost to the registrant. Applications are available on Jan. 7. Only a limited number are available. Restrictions may apply. Full Camperships are distributed based on need. Several factors are considered when determining need, including qualification for several federal or state programs if a camper is in kinship or foster care, income level, and any additional circumstances that may lead to a financial barrier to attending ACE.  It is okay to apply for Full Camperships for multiple campers in the same household. Applications for siblings will be considered together, though each camper must have an individual application submitted. ACE will work to approve applications for all campers in a household when possible.
