The iconic B-29 Superfortress Doc is set to return to the Palm Springs Air Museum as part of the 2025 B-29 Doc History Restored Tour, with a tour stop scheduled from April 29 through May 4. Doc, one of only two airworthy B-29 Superfortresses in the world, is a living tribute to the 1,644 B-29 bombers built by Boeing in Wichita, Kansas, during World War II. The Palm Springs visit will feature B-29 Doc Flight Experience Rides, along with ground and cockpit tours, offering visitors an up-close look at this legendary warbird.
