The Commemorative Air Force announced the 2018 tour schedule for their Boeing B-29 Superfortress known as ‘FIFI’. The 26 city tour kicks off in mid-May, with a visit to Millington, Tennessee, but will also include eight different airports in Canada; a first for FIFI. Tours of the aircraft, as well as flight experiences, will be available to the public (for a fee) at each of these stops. Several other aircraft from the CAF fleet will also join FIFI at most locations. Anyone interested in further details or wishing to buy rides in advance should check with AirPowerTour.org.

Richard Mallory Allnutt's aviation passion ignited at the 1974 Farnborough Airshow. Raised in 1970s Britain, he was immersed in WWII aviation lore. Moving to Washington DC, he frequented the Smithsonian’s National Air & Space Museum, meeting aviation legends.
After grad school, Richard worked for Lockheed-Martin but stayed devoted to aviation, volunteering at museums and honing his photography skills. In 2013, he became the founding editor of Warbirds News, now Vintage Aviation News. With around 800 articles written, he focuses on supporting grassroots aviation groups.
