PRESS RELEASE
On November 2, Fashion District NW and The Museum of Flight present Fashion in Flight, a glamorous fashion show showcasing the Northwest’s most distinctive designers in a setting unlike any other fashion event. This dramatic evening experience offers a live DJ, cash bar, designer booths, red carpet photos plus an afterparty in the towering Great Gallery. The 6-11 p.m. event is open to ages 10+.
Attendees should dress fashionably. All are welcome to show off their most creative and courageous glam wear for the red carpet interviews and photos. Following the fashion show the runway yields to the dance floor and an afterparty ignites with the designers and models.
VIP : $95/person (Includes Front Row seating, free drink ticket, free parking) 2nd & 3rd Row: $65/person (Includes free parking).
Doors open – 6 p.m.
Fashion show – 7 p.m.

Armoire is the Seattle-based, female-founded clothing rental membership that helps ambitious women love what they’re wearing from work to weekends, vacations to special events—styles for every event on the calendar.
Point of View (POV) is a Seattle-based fashion company on a mission to end pockets inequality in women’s clothing. POV aims to create a powerful form of self-presentation that helps women to show up, feel confident, and perform as their best selves at work.
Kimmi Designs is based in the Seattle area. Kim is on a mission to transform discarded materials into wearable art. She sources as many recycled materials as possible, ensuring that each garment is one-of-a-kind.
Sandra Froher, Spirit Essence, is an Indigenous Eco Fashion designer specializing in custom Courtier fashion crafted in collaboration with Mother Earth using natural fibers. Sandra advocates for slow, sustainable fashion, emphasizing the spiritual connection and healing when wearing nature-infused garments.
Soul Mates Bridal is a unique bridal boutique located in the heart of Seattle’s Pioneer Square. Established by runway model Yuki Fan, the studio is a milestone of her lifelong dream to create a luxurious yet affordable bridal brand that exudes elegance and passion.
Tinarie Creations is the culminating life project of artist Tinarie Eans. It is her goal and passion to bring the many bold and beautiful creations that live in her heart and mind’s eye into the fashion world.

Founded in 1965, the independent, nonprofit Museum of Flight is one of the largest air and space museums in the world, annually serving over 600,000 visitors. The Museum’s collection includes more than 160 historically significant airplanes and spacecraft, from the first fighter plane (1914) to today’s 787 Dreamliner. Attractions at the 23-acre, 5-building Seattle campus include the original Boeing Company factory, the NASA Space Shuttle Trainer, Air Force One, Concorde, Lockheed Blackbird and Apollo Moon rockets. In addition to the Seattle campus adjacent to King County International Airport, the Museum also has its 3-acre Restoration Center and Reserve Collection at Paine Field in Everett (not currently open to the public).
With a foundation of aviation history, the Museum is also a hub of news and dialogue with leaders in the emerging field of private spaceflight ventures. The Museum’s aviation and space library and archives are the largest on the West Coast. More than 150,000 individuals are served annually by the Museum’s onsite and outreach educational programs. The Museum of Flight is accredited by the American Association of Museums, and is an Affiliate of the Smithsonian Institution.

Since 2012, she has volunteered with vintage aviation groups, excelling as a social media content creator and coordinator. Angela has coordinated aviation and WWII events, appeared as Rosie the Riveter, and is restoring a Stearman aircraft. She is the Operations Logistics Coordinator at CAF Airbase Georgia and an accountant with a degree in Economics from the University of Georgia. Her son, Caden, shares her love for aviation and history and is studying Digital Media Arts.
