PRESS RELEASE
The wait is over! CAF Airbase Arizona is excited to unveil the schedule for the 2025 Flying Legends of Victory Tour, which will take to the skies starting May 29 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and will conclude in Chino, California in October. Following a successful tour through the Eastern U.S. last year, this year’s focus shifts to the West.
Each year, CAF Airbase Arizona brings its historic aircraft to cities across the country through the Flying Legends of Victory Tour. The 2025 tour will visit approximately 15 cities across the U.S. (and occasionally Canada), offering fans the opportunity to witness iconic World War II aircraft up close.
Look out for the powerful roar of the B-25 Maid in the Shade and B-17 Sentimental Journey as they fly overhead en route to their next destination. Guests can also book rides and tours aboard these legendary aircraft, but be sure to secure your seat in advance as spots tend to sell out quickly.

This tour wouldn’t be possible without the dedication of the volunteer members of CAF Airbase Arizona, who make it all happen. These passionate individuals attend ground school in the spring and commit one to three weeks of their summer and/or fall to travel with the aircraft. Despite long hours on-site, the volunteers enthusiastically engage with the public, answering questions, providing aircraft tours, coordinating rides, and offering souvenirs. Their mission is simple: to keep history alive and share the thrill of aviation with others. Get more information about the aircraft, the tour stops, and answers to all of your other questions on their website: https://www.azcaf.org.
