This past summer, programs like Techs of Tomorrow challenged teens to tackle engineering challenges, including building robots and designing autonomous vehicles, helping them develop problem-solving skills while working alongside dedicated industry mentors. Meanwhile, All-Access Maker Camp offered a barrier-free environment where students with developmental disabilities could engage in hands-on design and engineering projects, fostering creativity, curiosity, and confidence.

As the school year begins, the museum seeks to expand these opportunities, providing students with immersive STEM experiences that bring complex science and technology to life, mentorship that introduces them to diverse role models and potential careers in aerospace and engineering, and safe, engaging learning spaces where curiosity and creativity can flourish. Public support is critical to sustaining and growing these programs, helping students explore, experiment, and innovate. Every gift contributes directly to empowering young minds and nurturing the next generation of scientists, engineers, and innovators. To support the Intrepid Museum, click HERE.
