The Planes of Fame Air Museum, Chino, CA, will host its “Wings, Tracks, and Wheels” event on May 2 and 3 at Chino Airport, bringing together historic aircraft, military vehicles, and live demonstrations over two days. The event will include both flying and ground displays, with historic aircraft scheduled to take part in flight demonstrations alongside static exhibits. Dozens of military vehicles are expected to be on display, along with recreated encampments representing 20th-century military life.

Organizers have also planned a range of hands-on and educational activities, including model workshops, riveting demonstrations, and STEM-focused exhibits. An expanded children’s area will be set up as part of the program. Live entertainment will take place on the main hangar stage, including a USO-style tribute show featuring The Satin Dollz and a Bob Hope tribute performance by Bill Johnson.

Additional programming throughout the day will include swing dance lessons, a World War II uniform fashion show, and several historical presentations. The event will also feature a Sherman tank demonstration, along with opportunities for visitors to interact with vehicles and exhibits across the site. Tickets are currently available, with early bird pricing set at $27 through April 30. Click HERE to get your tickets.
