The Vulcan to the Sky Trust, Doncaster, England, is encouraging supporters to become Guardians of Avro Vulcan XH558, offering priority access to future events while helping fund the ongoing preservation of the iconic aircraft and its place in British aviation history. Throughout 2026, the Trust has welcomed thousands of visitors to events at its Doncaster home. Activities have included engine ground runs featuring XH558’s distinctive howl, intimate airside tours and special experiences giving visitors a closer look at the aircraft.

With many events selling out quickly, Guardian membership provides supporters with priority access to future events before tickets go on general sale. The initiative aims to give more people the opportunity to experience XH558 up close, meet the volunteers responsible for her care and learn more about her history. Guardian membership starts at £3 per month. Click HERE to view and choose your membership. Contributions help fund the ongoing care of XH558, support the wider work of the Trust and enable it to share the aircraft’s story with future generations.
