PRESS RELEASE- Honolulu, HI – Young people interested in an aviation career, as well as school groups, Scouts, and families will want to attend Discover Your Future in Aviation at Pacific Aviation Museum Pearl Harbor on Saturday, March 7th from 9:30am to 4:00pm. This is the sixth year for this special aviation day, which features aircraft flyovers, remote control aircraft demonstrations, hands-on activities, career information, interactive science exhibits and a scavenger hunt. Guests can climb into the cockpits of some of history’s greatest aircraft and take photos in authentic flight gear.
Participants may enter to win aviation prizes and Boy Scouts can fulfill requirements for merit badges. Admission to Discover Your Future in Aviation is US$6 per person pre-sale online and US$10 per person at the door. The event is free with Museum general admission and free to Museum Members. To attend, purchase tickets online at www.PacificAviationMuseum.org. Board the free Ford Island shuttle from the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center.

Born in Milan, Italy, Moreno moved to the U.S. in 1999 to pursue a career as a commercial pilot. His aviation passion began early, inspired by his uncle, an F-104 Starfighter Crew Chief, and his father, a military traffic controller. Childhood adventures included camping outside military bases and watching planes at Aeroporto Linate. In 1999, he relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, to obtain his commercial pilot license, a move that became permanent. With 24 years in the U.S., he now flies full-time for a Part 91 business aviation company in Atlanta. He is actively involved with the Commemorative Air Force, the D-Day Squadron, and other aviation organizations. He enjoys life with his supportive wife and three wonderful children.
