The Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome, Red Hook, NY, has released its 2026 airshow schedule, confirming that weekend flying programs will run from June 20 through October 18. Shows will take place every Saturday and Sunday, if the weather permits. The aerodrome will open to visitors at 10 a.m., with airshow flying planned between 2:15 p.m. and 4 p.m. Biplane rides are also expected to be available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the season.

Weekend programming will follow the familiar format. Saturdays will feature the History of Flight presentation, while Sundays will focus on the museum’s World War I airshow, highlighting replica and period aircraft alongside the storyline performances that have become a hallmark of Rhinebeck’s shows.

Several themed days and special activities are also scheduled throughout the season. Kids Fly activities are planned for June 28, August 2, and September 20, starting at 12 p.m. The annual RC Jamboree is scheduled for September 11–13, followed by Steampunk Day on September 26. The season will close with the popular Pumpkin Bombing event on October 17–18. Advance tickets for the 2026 season are expected to become available beginning March 1, with additional details and ticketing information provided through the aerodrome’s website.

The aerodrome has also outlined a series of weeknight programs planned alongside its 2026 airshow season. Among the returning activities are Wednesday evening Flight Nights, scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. The gatherings will include food service by Chef Stef, limited biplane ride opportunities, and live music on select dates. Performances currently planned include The Decoys on July 15, Jazz Pioneers on July 29, and The Local Jam on August 12.

Vintage baseball will also be played with the Kingston Guards hosting a series of Friday games beginning at 5:30 p.m. Matchups include Hamden Nine on May 8, Bovina Dairymen on June 12, Ulster Nine on July 10, and Rip Van Winkle Vintage Baseball on August 14. Admission for baseball events is listed at $5 per person, with biplane rides expected to be available following the games.
