About Squadron Leader Graeme Muscat
Graeme Muscat began his career in the Royal Air Force as a Communications System Analyst (Voice). In 1998, he transitioned to Non-Commissioned Aircrew as an Air Signaller, eventually joining 51 Squadron, RAF Waddington, flying the Nimrod. After five years of frontline operations and numerous exercises, he was selected for a commission and began his journey as a pilot in 2004. His training took him through aircraft such as the Tutor, Tucano, and Hawk, culminating in operational service flying the Tornado GR4 with XIII and IX(B) Squadrons. More recently, he has served as a Qualified Flying Instructor on the Hawk T2.

7:00 PM – Graeme Muscat’s First Presentation
Graeme will share insights into his dynamic career, beginning as a Communications System Analyst, progressing to Non-Commissioned Aircrew Signaller, and ultimately transitioning to a Fast Jet pilot. His experiences serve as an inspiring testament to dedication and skill in military aviation.
7:45 PM – Break for Refreshments
Attendees can take a moment to grab refreshments and reflect on the first part of the evening.
8:15 PM – Graeme Muscat’s Second Presentation
Graeme will provide an exclusive look into his time with the world-famous Red Arrows, offering behind-the-scenes insights into the rigorous training, discipline, and precision flying that make the team’s performances legendary around the world.
9:00 PM – Q&A Session
Guests will have the chance to ask Graeme questions about his career, experiences, and perspectives on aviation. Following the Q&A, Graeme will be available to sign pictures and memorabilia.
9:45 PM – Event Conclusion
The evening wraps up after an immersive four-hour journey through the career of one of the RAF’s most distinguished pilots.

Born in Milan, Italy, Moreno moved to the U.S. in 1999 to pursue a career as a commercial pilot. His aviation passion began early, inspired by his uncle, an F-104 Starfighter Crew Chief, and his father, a military traffic controller. Childhood adventures included camping outside military bases and watching planes at Aeroporto Linate. In 1999, he relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, to obtain his commercial pilot license, a move that became permanent. With 24 years in the U.S., he now flies full-time for a Part 91 business aviation company in Atlanta. He is actively involved with the Commemorative Air Force, the D-Day Squadron, and other aviation organizations. He enjoys life with his supportive wife and three wonderful children.
