The National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, Dayton, Ohio, will continue its Fitness Under the Wings program this fall, offering free Saturday morning fitness sessions through December. Held once each month at the museum, the program brings a different class format to each session, with local fitness professionals leading the workouts. Participants who would rather skip the guided class can instead take a self-guided walk through the museum during the same time. The upcoming schedule begins with Hip Hop Cardio on Aug. 22, followed by Salsa! on Sept. 12 and Trap and Tone on Oct. 10. The August through December sessions will feature a mix of dance and dance-and-strength-training formats. Each class runs from 8 to 9 a.m., with the museum opening its doors at 7:30 a.m.

The program is designed to accommodate participants across different fitness levels, giving visitors the option of taking part in the scheduled workout or exploring the museum on foot. Although Fitness Under the Wings is free, advance registration is required for every monthly session. Participants must register each month separately, including those who choose the self-guided walk instead of the instructor-led class.
